Interact Club, President

In 2023, I received the "United Way Volunteer of the Yeer Award," primarily for my work with the Interact Club. Interact is a large service club made up of ~200 students. As president, I coordinated service events with local organizations who need high school volunteers. We run more than 160 events/year such as Relay for Life fundraising, food pantry assistance, park cleanup. I led weekly club meetings, work with nonprofits, attended leadership conferences, tracked event attendance, and sent reminders to members about upcoming events.
